In April of 2005, Gibbons was seen on
several occasions loitering in the area of
the 1100 block of Stanford Street. Numerous
juveniles live in the area. When confronted
by neighbors, Gibbons fled in his vehicle.
Gibbons is currently on Parole for 647.6 PC
(annoy/molest children). Special conditions
of his parole include: Do not enter the
cities of Santa Monica and El Segundo, do
not have any contact with minor children, do
not be within 100 yards of places where
children congregate (ie: schools, parks,
etc.) and adhere to a 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
curfew.
Gibbons is a Registered Sex Offender and is
drawn to elementary school age children,
particularly girls.
The purpose of this release of information
is to allow members of the public to protect
themselves and their children from sex
offenders.
