The Santa Monica Police Department is
investigating a hit and run traffic
collision that occurred on July 14, 2007 in
the parking lot at Bay Cities, 1517 Lincoln
Blvd. The driver is described as a male,
white, 55 years-old, approximately 5’11”,
185 pounds, brown and gray hair, and a
moustache. He was wearing an orange t-shirt,
blue jeans, and a watch on his left wrist.
He was driving a late model BMW 4-door,
silver in color with a license plate similar
to 4UTI792 (CA). His passenger was a female,
white, approximately 50 years old wearing a
black sleeveless blouse and black pants.
