In 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, Gibbons was
seen in the areas of 2400 Pier Avenue (alley
north) and Clover Park several times during
the past week. Additionally, Gibbons was
seen loitering in the area of 1102 Stanford
Street. This residence is home to three
female juveniles. Numerous juveniles live in
the area. When confronted by neighbors,
Gibbons fled in his vehicle.
Gibbons is a Registered Sex Offender and is
required to register as a result of a
conviction of lewd or lascivious acts upon a
9 year old female. Gibbons and is drawn to
elementary school age children, particularly
girls.
The purpose of this release of information
is to allow members of the public to protect
themselves and their children from sex
offenders.
