    Suspect Wanted for Juvenile-Annoying

    On April 27, 2011, a suspect attempted to lure a 13 year old girl into his car.  The suspect followed the girl for several blocks while she walked to school.  When she reached the 2800 block of Lincoln Boulevard, the suspect exited his car, walked toward the victim and spoke to her in Spanish.  When she refused to speak to him, he raised his voice and demanded she come to him.  The victim, in fear, ran from the area.  

    The suspect is described as a male Hispanic in his early 40’s, 5’5” in height with short black straight hair and a medium complexion.  He was wearing a red polo style shirt, blue jeans.  He is described as having a silver tooth on the right side.

    The suspect vehicle is described as a black (worn paint) SUV style with 4 doors, tinted windows.
