The 20th Annual PAL-loween Carnival produced by the Santa Monica Police Activities League (PAL) will provide a safe haven for more than 5,000 children and their families to celebrate the spooktacular holiday.  Little ghouls, goblins, vampires and mummies will enjoy a haunted fun house, Trick-or-Treat Lane, game booths, costume contests and tot lane.  The event will be held on Monday, October 31st from 5:00pm-9:00pm at Santa Monica Airport’s Barker Hanger, 3021 Airport Avenue in Santa Monica.

Over the years the Halloween carnival has grown to become one of the Westside’s most popular holiday attractions.  “Parents love the PAL-loween Carnival because it’s fun and safe for their children,” says Eula Fritz, PAL Director.

Admission to the carnival is free.  Games and Trick-or-Treat Lane are .25 each.  The haunted fun house and photo booth are $1 each.  Food is also available for purchase.  The costume contest begins at 6:00pm.
