    HIt and Run Felony - Fatal Injury

    The Santa Monica Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in identifying a vehicle used in a felony hit and run causing a fatal injury. On Saturday March 22, 2014 at about 12:55 AM a gray/silver 2003-2007 Infinity G35 2-door Coupe, was driving southbound in the 1600blk of Ocean Ave. near the Santa Monica Pier. The vehicle struck two pedestrians who were crossing Ocean Ave. One of the pedestrians died as the result of her injuries. The vehicle fled the scene without stopping and rendering aid. The suspect vehicle was last seen fleeing south on Barnard Way towards Venice. The vehicle may have damage to the passenger side headlight, hood, and bumper as well as the right side mirror.

    If you see the vehicle or have any information as to the whereabouts of the vehicle, contact your local police department or the Santa Monica Police. Do not approach the vehicle.
