WANTED FOR
CHILD ANNOYING &
ATTEMPTED KIDNAPPING |

| On January 15, 2003, at about 1:00 p.m., Santa Monica Police responded to the northwest portion of the City Of Santa Monica regarding an attempted kidnapping. When officers arrived they spoke to a 13-year-old juvenile. The juvenile said that he was waiting for a bus in the 1400 block of San Vicente Blvd, when the suspect approached him in his vehicle and attempted to lure him inside the vehicle. The juvenile saw his bus approaching and refused the offer. The suspect then fled east on San Vicente Blvd in his vehicle.

| The suspect is described as a Male, White, 40 to 50 years old, 6'00"/thin build, light complexion, bald (possibly having a shaved head), no facial hair, round chin, wearing dark sunglasses and a dark-colored buttoned-down collared shirt.

| The suspect’s vehicle is described as a late model, 4-door, Silver-colored sedan with black leather interior. No further description.
